The referring care home must have permission to do so from the home they are looking to refer and will need to provide full contact details of the referred home to their account manager. apetito will then make contact with the referred home to discuss further. The referred care home needs to become a new full-service customer and trade with apetito for three months before both parties will be rewarded. “reward plates” need to be exchanged within 6 months of referral, please contact your apetito contact to arrange. The care home doing the referring must be an existing apetito customer and have traded with us for a minimum of three months and cannot refer a home within the same care home group. A care home may refer as many other homes as they wish and will qualify for the £1000 credit or apetito reward plates if all criteria are met. apetito reserve the right to decide if the care home is eligible.
