Meet the Chefs
Every meal begins in our Wiltshire Kitchens, where our award-winning Chefs Phil Rimmer and Jethro Lawrence bring their culinary expertise to each recipe, honed through years in the UK’s top kitchens, including cooking for royalty and training under a Michelin-starred chef. They ensure every meal is both delicious and nutritionally balanced.
Working closely with our Dietitian and Nutritionists, they refine each dish through careful tasting and testing before it’s scaled up for production, making sure every meal meets high standards. Their passion and expertise turn every recipe into a meal we’re proud to serve.

The Ingredients Behind Our Meals
Alec Jarrett Meat
Alec Jarrett is a family business, trading since 1926. Based in the West Country, not far from our kitchens, they use over 800 acres of prime agricultural countryside to guarantee the quality of their meat.
Yorkshire Greens
Yorkshire Greens are one of our vegetable suppliers, providing us primarily with peas and carrots. They take an impressive approach to improving its environmental impact by having a carbon-neutral processing and packing facility.
Sustainable Fish
All the fish we use in our Wiltshire kitchens is sustainable, as specified by the Marine Conservation Society, also, 100% of the wild fish we source comes from a fishery that has been independently certified to the Marine Stewardship Council's (MSC's) standard for a well-managed and sustainable fishery.
